Mark your calendars for the 2026 Crawfish Festival. Sponsored by the Fredericksburg Jaycees and held on Memorial Day weekend at Marktplatz, this annual festival will feature live music, along with arts & crafts vendors, great food, a carnival for the kids, and CRAWFISH. Complete schedule of entertainment available online. Friday 6 p.m. to midnight; Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight; Sunday noon to 6 p.m. Admission on Friday is $15; Saturday is $20; Sunday is $10. All weekend, kids ages 6 to 12 are $5
