About
Kerrville-Schreiner Park Community Day has been rescheduled to Saturday, July 11, 2026, due to potential weather conditions on the original June 6 date. The event offers a full day of outdoor activities celebrating community, nature, and the Texas Hill Country. The day begins with a Bird Walk & Talk hosted by Bird City at 8 am, followed by Mountain Biking 101 led by Hill Country Bicycle Works at 9 am. At 10 am, visitors can enjoy acoustic music by In Six Days in the pollinator garden while browsing a Plant Swap hosted by the Master Naturalists. The main event takes place from 11 am to 3 pm and features booths hosted by local community partners with hands-on crafts, educational activities, and family-friendly experiences. Guests can also enjoy food from Hitchman Homestead and Barking Dog Shaved Ice, along with live music from Nick Zamora and his band throughout the afternoon. The event will be held at Kerrville-Schreiner Park, 2385 Bandera Highway, Kerrville, TX 78028.
