Hill Country Creators Agreement

The trade-off

This program is a package deal. LoneStar Network provides a public Hill Country creator profile (including embedded YouTube players and social links). In return, you grant the content licenses below for your approved videos. You cannot participate for a profile only without granting these rights.

Non-exclusive partnership

You retain ownership of your content and may continue publishing on YouTube and other platforms. This program is non-exclusive. We do not claim ownership of your YouTube channel or original uploads.

Web profile license

You grant LoneStar Network a license to display your submitted profile information, social links, and embedded YouTube players on our website for discovery and promotion within the Hill Country Creators program.

Linear and social content license (required)

By joining this program, you grant LoneStar Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, reproduce, and publicly perform your approved video content on our linear channel, on-demand library, and program guide, with attribution to you as the creator.
• Create and publish short clips or excerpts from your approved content for LoneStar Network social media posts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), with credit and links back to your profile or channel where practical.

You may request removal from the program by written notice; we will unpublish your profile and stop using your content within a reasonable period.

Representations

You represent that:

• Your content relates to the Texas Hill Country region or its communities.
• You have the rights to grant the licenses above for submitted materials.
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Review and curation

Submission does not guarantee immediate publication. We may approve, reject, or remove profiles and videos at our discretion. Which approved videos air on linear TV or appear in social posts is curated at our discretion, but joining the program means you agree to the license above.
